Steve was trained as a union carpenter in the late 1970's and spent most of the 1980's working on large commercial buildings (like the construction of the Tampa City Center). In 1994, he took his experience as a seasoned superintendent in commercial, industrial and residential construction and started Bay Area Constructors, Inc. For 30 years he assisted clients with all means of construction. Ground up new build homes, spacious additions and detached out buildings, renovations, remodels and commercial build outs; you name it, he's done it. But most of all, done it well!
Justin Foecking - Project Manager
Justin Foecking - Project Manager
In 2024, Justin left his career in corportate industry to join the family business. A degreed engineer with over 15 years of experience, managing multi-million dollar budgets, critical path projects and routine industrial operations and maintenance activities, gives him a unique insight in residential and commercial construction. As project manager, he manages the budgets and schedules, but he also likes to be involved with the trades. It's not uncommon to see him taking on any number of tasks working hand in glove with the subcontractors.
